Meet your mighty leaders
The team behind the magic
Mighty Voices is led by artists who work at the highest level of the craft — and who are devoted to helping young performers discover who they are.

Michelle Renée Jenkins
Founder, Program Director & Artistic Director
Michelle Renée Jenkins is an award-winning actress, marketing executive, entrepreneur, and creative leader whose career has been built around one central belief: confident communication changes lives.
With a Master's in Business Marketing, Michelle has led brand initiatives for nationally recognized companies including Sprite, Fanta, and CVS, helping shape campaigns that connected with millions of consumers. Alongside her corporate career, she has built an accomplished career in the performing arts, appearing in professional film, television, national commercial campaigns, and stage productions, including work with Tyler Perry Studios, Hulu, TV One, and Amazon Prime.
A former NCAA Division I track & field athlete, Michelle also understands the discipline, resilience, teamwork, and personal accountability required to perform at a high level. Those experiences continue to shape her philosophy as a coach, mentor, and leader.
As the founder of Corporate Stage, Michelle helps organizations strengthen leadership, communication, and collaboration through the principles of improvisation, storytelling, and performance.
She founded Mighty Voices to bring those same transformative skills to young people, creating a place where students discover confidence, creativity, character, and community through the performing arts.
Whether in the boardroom, on the stage, or on the track, Michelle believes every person has a voice worth discovering—and every child deserves the opportunity to let it shine.
My core belief is: "You're never too old or too young to be brave."

Her recent work includes appearances in Kountry Wayne productions, along with experience as a host and social media producer for Change Church.
Brittany knows how difficult it can be for young people to feel fully comfortable in their own skin. Her hope is to help students develop the confidence, freedom, and self-belief that she once had to fight to discover within herself.
